Disabled, D/deaf, Chronically ill, Neurodivergent, and Mad people have discovered time and time again that working for ourselves offers flexibility to our schedules and medical needs in a way that a full or part-time job cannot in the long run. This is the truth that Sick Stories was born out of.

In December 2023 we launched a directory of Disabled Entrepreneurs and Freelancers to support our community of small business owners. Please use this directory to hire or purchase from Disabled providers and creators. We often have to do the most with the least.
